Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and implement SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Lead the development of current-state and future-state SharePoint solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform applications and recommend improvements to automation, usability, performance, and data exchange.
- Design and deploy SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications using Microsoft 365 features and user experience best practices in a Government Community Cloud environment.
- Create Enterprise Performance Lifecycle technical documentation and recommend tools for complex business and regulatory processes.
- Support requirements elicitation, design and prototyping sessions, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Resolve help desk inquiries, communicate releases and environment upgrades, and collaborate with the IT Project Manager on status reporting and project activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience developing SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Demonstrated experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, web services, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to translate requirements specifications into implementable technical solutions.
- Experience working on Agile projects using Agile/Scrum methodology and applying software development lifecycle and project management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
- SharePoint Online administration experience and experience with federal agencies are preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range is $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
- The role supports a contract providing SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform services to government and commercial clients.
