Responsibilities
- Directs and guides AI across planning, solution design, development, documentation, and UAT.
- Defines acceptance criteria and validates AI output against established standards.
- Owns end-to-end delivery from ideation through production and iteration.
- Practices context engineering to provide AI with the right reference material.
- Builds living documentation as a deliverable, including diagrams and structured SOPs.
- Breaks work into well-defined, digestible units with clear acceptance criteria.
- Validates requirements with business stakeholders to eliminate legacy holdovers.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of overall experience in development.
- 1–3+ years of AI-first/LLM workflow experience.
- Hands-on developer history with architectural and product ownership.
- Experience owning product state and requirements.
- Comfortable questioning legacy patterns and improving designs.
- Familiar with enterprise environments and constraints.
