Base Salary
$187k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for complex cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery through deployment.
- Define architecture decisions, trade-offs, delivery approaches, technical documentation, data flows, API contracts, and solution briefs.
- Rapidly design and deliver production-ready prototypes and solutions for ambiguous business requirements.
- Develop front-end interfaces and dashboards that make data and AI outputs accessible to business users.
- Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems, including reusable agent skills and integrations with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Implement MCP servers and clients, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, monitoring pipelines, LLM integrations, RAG systems, and ML models.
- Collaborate with product, program, engineering, and business stakeholders, influence technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of solution design and architecture.
- Experience architecting end-to-end systems from requirements through deployment with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents with agent skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
- Experience using AI-augmented engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent assistants.
- Direct production experience with AWS Agent Core or an equivalent agent platform.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol, including building or consuming MCP servers.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or LLM evaluation is desirable.
- Experience with LangSmith, Arize, Weights & Biases, Docker, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions is desirable.
- Experience in real estate, financial services, or other data-intensive enterprise domains is desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, ambiguity management, and ownership skills are required.
