Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of specialized software applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional groups.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply integration techniques and data migration strategies for SAP utilities.
- Oversee best practices, project timelines, and delivery of scalable, maintainable software.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management FICA.
- Strong knowledge of financial management processes in utility industries.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP utilities integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable software.
- 15 years of full-time education.
