Responsibilities

  • Analyze vulnerabilities, define remediation strategies, assess and communicate risks, and guide vulnerability response.
  • Coordinate resolution of security issues with internal engineering teams, customers, security researchers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Support Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure by negotiating with researchers and partners.
  • Develop feedback loops with engineering teams to improve product security posture.
  • Develop and implement a threat intelligence program.
  • Recommend vulnerability-management improvements and establish use of AI-assisted tooling for triage, analysis, and response.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Demonstrated experience in platform security, device security microarchitecture, CPU/GPU/SoC security, or hardware security definition.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, CPU and GPU/accelerator design, memory hierarchy, caches, hardware/firmware, and security or virtualization extensions.
  • Experience securing AI/ML workloads and GPU/accelerator stacks at datacenter scale.
  • Familiarity with software/hardware interfaces, driver techniques, and PC Client, Data Center, or IoT interconnect standards and protocols.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Rust, and Python, with understanding of AMD64 or ARM assembly instruction sets.
  • Experience designing or implementing secure systems, including threat modeling, security architecture, protocol design, network security, and OS security.
  • Understanding of security principles, cryptographic algorithms, micro-kernels, real-time operating systems, Linux kernel/driver development, hypervisors/VMs, and containers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development tooling in engineering work.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional execution skills.
