Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end and front-end components using Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with internal enterprise systems.
- Develop database functionality and data-processing logic for a data-intensive platform.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimations, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, stakeholders, and international teams.
- Support technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Contribute to a scalable cloud-native product information service and continuously improve technical skills with senior-engineer mentorship.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and React.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab CI.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and code-quality skills.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with Next.js, Microsoft Azure and AKS, MCP, RAG-based systems, or a mathematical background.
