Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to define testing requirements and test plans for new features.
- Create and extend automated test scenarios using Python, Pytest, Playwright, and Gherkin.
- Triage and troubleshoot automated test regressions and collaborate on solutions.
- Improve testing methodologies, accuracy, performance, and regression coverage.
- Design and maintain test fixtures, tools, and utilities.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver robust, high-quality software.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience writing Python code.
- At least 1 year of experience with test-driven development or behavior-driven development.
- Experience with web UI test or automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience using Git.
- A computer science degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud software deployments is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic SQL and/or MongoDB queries is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is preferred.
