Base Salary
$144k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop orchestration systems for multi-step workflows involving specialized AI sub-agents.
- Build identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for scoped access across caller types.
- Implement feedback signal pipelines and integrate reinforcement learning from expert feedback into production systems.
- Design and operate evaluation systems that measure recommendation quality, detect regressions, and enforce quality gates.
- Collaborate with product, science, and partner engineering teams on integration contracts and platform adoption.
- Own reliability, observability, and performance for always-on agent infrastructure serving thousands of concurrent advertiser accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of Object Oriented Design experience and programming experience in at least one software language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
