Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for new features and enhancements.
- Perform thorough testing at both admin and end-user levels, validating against acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira with clear reproduction steps.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes do not break existing functionality.
- Proactively identify usability pain points and advocate for solutions.
- Provide structured feedback on UX flows during sprint reviews.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or Software Tester role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Experience testing web applications at both admin-facing and end-user levels.
- Strong ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar bug tracking and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
