Responsibilities
- Develop, operate, and maintain software systems and initiatives supporting information management business areas.
- Streamline operations and automate processes through IT solutions aligned with digital architecture.
- Collaborate with IT mission partners to incorporate records-management processes and requirements into early solution design.
- Support technology planning and specialized information-management teams within the division.
Requirements
- Must have a TS/SCI with Poly.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, science, mathematics, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team leadership ability and strong people skills.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ability to use an IDE for coding, such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or NetBeans.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technology, including AWS or C2S.
- Experience with web services and service-oriented architecture using Spring Boot and Tomcat.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Experience working in a Linux environment, including Bash scripting and vi.
- Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently in a constantly evolving environment.
- Desired experience with frontend development using Angular 2+, React, HTML, CSS, or jQuery.
- Desired experience with microservices, source-code management and integration using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins, Agile environments, and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Swagger, or Postman.
