Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a technical consultancy role during the post-sales process.
- Provide technical, architectural, and best practice guidance.
- Drive measurable value leading to product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Align with Account Executives to provide subject matter expertise based on customer objectives.
- Focus on customized solution-based programs for individual customer needs.
- Develop and collaborate on customer workshops, demos, and enablement.
- Maintain specialty competency in GitLab-related technologies.
- Continuously improve professional skills through training and mentorship.
- Contribute to documentation and enablement programs.
Requirements
- Experience with GitLab use cases such as SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
- Proficiency in using DevSecOps tools or related technical tools.
- Specialization in GitLab use cases for large enterprise organizations.
- Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions.
- Demonstrated capacity to be a trusted technical advisor.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Fluent in German.
