Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a technical consultancy role during the post-sales process.
  • Provide technical, architectural, and best practice guidance.
  • Drive measurable value leading to product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Align with Account Executives to provide subject matter expertise based on customer objectives.
  • Focus on customized solution-based programs for individual customer needs.
  • Develop and collaborate on customer workshops, demos, and enablement.
  • Maintain specialty competency in GitLab-related technologies.
  • Continuously improve professional skills through training and mentorship.
  • Contribute to documentation and enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Experience with GitLab use cases such as SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
  • Proficiency in using DevSecOps tools or related technical tools.
  • Specialization in GitLab use cases for large enterprise organizations.
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to be a trusted technical advisor.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Fluent in German.
