Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to collect production-line transfer requirements and construct a new Automated Material Handling System.
- Create and monitor AMHS transportation-system performance KPIs to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and manage AMHS system performance and reliability.
- Handle AMHS system integration.
- Manage technicians performing on-duty AMHS work.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to automate production lines and continuously improve system performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in computer science, management information systems, transportation management, or industrial engineering is preferred.
- Experience managing transportation systems in semiconductor, DRAM, LCD, or robotics fields is preferred, but inexperienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong skills in equipment automation, data analysis, SQL with Oracle or MS-SQL, VBA, and web-based applications.
- Proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Good communication skills and experience with data integration, report creation, and results reporting.
- Communicable English is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams and demonstrate hands-on participation and ownership.
