Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end architecture, technical standards, integrations, and the platform roadmap for Oracle EPM.
- Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for implementation and enhancement initiatives.
- Review solution designs and oversee integrations, data architecture, security models, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Guide technical strategy, resolve complex issues, and drive governance practices for long-term platform stability.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, project teams, and implementation partners.
- Support planning, consolidation, financial close, reporting, and master data governance capabilities across Oracle EPM.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, including Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead in enterprise EPM environments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Planning (EPBCS), FCCS, and related Oracle EPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with metadata design, hierarchies, business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy scripting.
- Expertise in EPM integrations, automation, APIs, EPM Automate, and enterprise data flows.
- Experience designing and governing EPM security models, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of FP&A, financial consolidation, close management, and financial reporting processes.
- Track record of technical governance, delivery oversight, and quality assurance across large-scale EPM programs.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Current US residency and current Green Card or US Citizenship required.
