Responsibilities
- Design, construct, configure, code, and enhance custom software application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Manage development schedules and deliver high-quality software components on time.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to maintain application stability.
- Evaluate and improve application performance and user experience through iterative feedback.
- Coordinate project-related communications and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Mentor junior team members and share development knowledge and best practices.
- Participate actively in team discussions and work independently as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design for applications across multiple device types.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Understanding of user interface design and usability best practices.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
