Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications for project management, commissioning workflows, and construction data capture.
- Build web and mobile tools for uploading videos, images, structured forms, IoT readings, and issue documentation.
- Develop high-performance user interfaces for complex data streams and large-scale datasets.
- Build backend services and APIs supporting rapid enterprise-scale data ingestion, processing, and review.
- Deliver end-to-end features in collaboration with backend, computer vision/ML, product, design, and 3D visualization teams.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while implementing user-facing product features.
- Contribute to technical planning, feature roadmaps, and long-term application architecture.
- Provide technical leadership on 0-to-1 projects and mentor and coach engineers.
- Champion usability, speed, reliability, and field readiness in challenging construction environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Expertise with modern full-stack frameworks such as Nuxt.js or Next.js.
- Strong engineering experience with TypeScript and Python or Java, as well as APIs.
- Experience handling large-scale multimodal datasets such as 3D components, videos, and images, and/or IoT data inputs.
- Strong familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerized infrastructure.
- Experience designing domain-driven data models and working with OLTP/OLAP systems.
- Preferred: experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Preferred: experience with offline-capable architectures and mobile-first data collection tools.
- Preferred: experience with 3D visualization, geospatial data, or computer-vision-powered experiences.
- Preferred: exposure to ML/AI-driven feature development and automated testing practices.
- Preferred: comfort with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
