Base Salary
$172k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, system architecture, and post-sales implementation activities.
- Map the DX platform to customers’ engineering goals, workflows, organizational structures, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Design and build custom integrations and workflows connecting DX APIs with complex client environments.
- Lead technical deep dives, high-stakes workshops, and executive-level discussions.
- Advise Enterprise customers on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, best practices, and cultural transformation.
- Manage technical delivery and resource requirements across multiple Enterprise implementations.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform the product roadmap and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Programming exposure in Ruby/Rails or Python, with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, with Postgres preferred, and the ability to use data for analytical solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, translation, and organizational skills.
