Base Salary
$172k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, architecture, and implementation activities throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle.
- Run technical deep dives and map the DX platform to customers’ engineering workflows and organizational structures.
- Design and build custom integrations and workflows for unique Enterprise customer requirements.
- Configure solutions around customer engineering processes, branching strategies, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide strategic technical guidance on developer experience analytics, deployment methodologies, and cultural transformation.
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap and feature improvements.
- Manage technical delivery and resource requirements across multiple Enterprise implementations.
Requirements
- Experience with Ruby/Rails or Python and a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Extensive experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes and value.
