Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers.
Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and validate high-value GenAI applications.
Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building hands-on prototypes.
Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation.
Share learnings and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development.
Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices.

Have 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems.
Hands-on proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
Ability to take end-to-end ownership of challenges and proactively acquire new skills.
Collaborative mindset with eagerness to support teammates and customers.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
