Base Salary
$153k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enterprise Jira and Confluence environments for performance, reliability, and scale.
- Build secure, scalable cloud applications using Atlassian Forge and the Forge platform.
- Configure and extend Atlassian tools including Structure, JEMH, EazyBI, and ScriptRunner.
- Develop AI-powered applications and Atlassian Rovo Agents to automate workflows.
- Build integrations using Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Own projects from requirements gathering through production debugging and resolution.
- Address technical debt, apply engineering best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of combined experience in software engineering and/or Atlassian platform administration and development.
- Require deep proficiency in Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, and advanced enterprise configurations.
- Require hands-on Atlassian Forge app development and Forge platform experience.
- Require experience with ScriptRunner for complex automation and workflow enhancement.
- Require experience using Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs for third-party integrations.
- Require experience managing and configuring Atlassian marketplace applications such as Structure, JEMH, and EazyBI.
- Require demonstrated use of AI-powered developer tools in daily engineering workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include Atlassian Rovo Agent and LLM integration experience, prompt engineering, enterprise workflow agent actions, EazyBI dashboards and analytics, and experience supporting complex organizations with rigorous governance.
Benefits
- San Francisco and Sunnyvale roles offer a base salary of USD $153,000-$170,000 per year.
- Eligible full-time employees may participate in Uber's bonus program and may receive equity awards and other compensation.
