Base Salary
$153k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and scale Jira and Confluence Cloud or Data Center environments.
- Build secure, scalable cloud applications using Atlassian Forge and the Forge platform.
- Configure and enhance Atlassian tools including Structure, JEMH, EazyBI, and ScriptRunner.
- Develop AI-powered applications and Atlassian Rovo Agents to automate workflows.
- Build integrations using Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Own projects from stakeholder requirements gathering through production debugging.
- Address technical debt, shifting priorities, and complex enterprise-scale configuration problems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver practical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of combined software engineering and/or Atlassian platform administration and development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, and advanced enterprise configurations.
- Hands-on experience developing Atlassian Forge apps and using the Forge platform.
- Experience using ScriptRunner for complex automation and workflow enhancement.
- Experience with Atlassian REST and GraphQL APIs for third-party integrations.
- Experience managing and configuring Atlassian Marketplace applications such as Structure, JEMH, and EazyBI.
- Demonstrated use of AI-powered developer tools in daily engineering workflows.
- Preferred experience developing AI-enabled solutions with Atlassian Rovo Agents and LLM integrations.
- Preferred expertise in prompt engineering, enterprise workflow agent actions, EazyBI dashboards and analytics, and governance in large organizations.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to work in high-ambiguity environments.
Benefits
- For San Francisco and Sunnyvale, California-based roles, the stated base salary range is USD $153,000-$170,000 per year.
- Eligible full-time employees may participate in Uber's bonus program and may receive equity awards and other compensation.
- Eligible full-time employees can participate in a 401(k) plan and receive various benefits.
