Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance scalable software applications using Java Standard Edition.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions for complex business challenges.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team execution, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and facilitate project coordination.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase team productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Java Standard Edition and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
- Preferred experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, and AWS Administration.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, lead technical work, and mentor junior engineers.
