Base Salary
$118k - $157k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Security Sales team in driving adoption of Datadog’s security offering within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand security requirements across enterprise customers.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations of Datadog’s security solutions.
- Provide technical expertise throughout sales cycles, customer evaluations, and proof-of-value initiatives.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Datadog security products, industry trends, current vulnerabilities, features, and enhancements.
- Create technical proposals, documentation, and other sales materials.
- Relay customer feedback to product management and engineering teams to influence product development.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars promoting Datadog’s security solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep experience with SIEM platforms, detection pipelines, SOC workflows, endpoint security including EDR/MDR, and deployment and tuning of security controls in live customer environments.
- Expert knowledge of developer and DevOps ecosystems and application security best practices.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and related security tools and technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet customers and attend industry events.
