Responsibilities
- Implement new app features using Dart and Flutter while meeting high performance standards.
- Develop complex frontend logic, UI components, and conversion-focused features.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, designers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and support feature approval with stakeholders.
- Contribute to team processes through regular agile retrospectives.
- Write structured, efficient, maintainable code and actively ensure code quality.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- At least four years of programming experience, including at least two years in app development.
- Extensive frontend development experience, ideally across multiple frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Flutter and strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent professional use of English in the workplace.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate transparently and effectively.
- Nice to have: design awareness, close collaboration with designers, familiarity with gRPC and Go, and expertise in UI and animation development.
