Base Salary
$245k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect systems and write code for AI-native products in the auto casualty business.
- Evaluate and modernize complex legacy systems, deciding what to rebuild or replace.
- Build robust backend architectures that support both prototypes and stable systems.
- Set engineering standards and best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
- Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Deep architectural experience with existing systems, including multi-tenant backends.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and their impact on productivity.
- Ability to connect technical work to business problems and communicate effectively.
