Base Salary
$69k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications and contribute technical leadership on software architecture and improvements.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and responsive user interfaces using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or React.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, program management, technical leads, and customers on software lifecycles, technical designs, and roadmaps.
- Deploy and maintain mission-essential systems using Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, and Git best practices.
- Debug full-stack issues, participate in code reviews, and improve application reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Experience developing applications for commercial cloud technologies such as AWS and GovCloud.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend services and REST API development.
- Experience with a modern JavaScript or TypeScript framework such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with Groovy/Grails is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational and search-based data stores such as PostgreSQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with microservices, containerization, security principles, object-oriented design, and web services.
- Experience leading and/or integrating Agile methodologies.
- Top Secret clearance is required to begin employment, and TS/SCI clearance must be obtained for continued employment.
