Responsibilities
- Build new cloud-native applications, scalable infrastructure, and product features for the Altium 365 Platform.
- Develop and operate distributed, high-load systems, including performance profiling, optimization, load testing, and stress testing.
- Design APIs, data models, stateful and stateless services, and relational database solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
- Define and drive platform-level engineering standards, best practices, and technical governance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of .NET experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more of identity and authentication, access or license management, message queues or brokers, distributed caches, ElasticSearch or OpenSearch, relational database design and optimization, platform framework development, multi-tenancy, or the Rings Protection Model in cloud development.
- Proven experience building and operating distributed, high-load systems.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges involving engineering software and cloud services.
- Ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and drive architectural decisions.
- Nice-to-have experience with Firebird, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Azure, GCP, or AliCloud.
