Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and custom feature development.
- Support technical consulting and quality assurance activities.
- Provide technical expertise and answer questions related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Understand business needs and help standardize processes, designs, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the customization, rollout, and maintenance of the client ServiceNow platform.
- Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least two years of frontend development experience focused on JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Interest in learning and growing as a ServiceNow developer.
- Knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Experience with other ITSM software solutions is advantageous.
