Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative large language model and neural network architectures.
- Tune and refine model parameters using large-scale unlabeled text data.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of language models into broader systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and their application to language model development.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with unsupervised learning and unlabeled text data.
- Skill in evaluating model performance and applying empirical improvements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
