Base Salary
$240k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, technical vision, architecture, and platform strategy for NVIDIA’s Retail and CPG platform.
- Architect and build reusable platform systems across supply chain, intelligent stores, and e-commerce using NVIDIA blueprints and technologies.
- Develop AI-agent capabilities for supply chain, digital commerce, and employee productivity use cases.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering, product management, business development, developer relations, solution engineers, ISVs, GSIs, and customers.
- Deliver a production-ready platform optimized for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and fallback strategies and contribute to technical thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of dynamic experience in high-growth technology companies or building AI and agentic solutions for a major retailer.
- Proven ability to write code and ship systems, including mandatory experience developing AI agents.
- Expertise in AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, systems architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in lean, high-velocity environments.
- Familiarity with GPU acceleration libraries such as CUDA, Triton, and TensorRT is preferred.
- Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplace experience and enterprise AI architecture experience are preferred.
- A master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science is highly desirable.
