Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft flows and integrations using Anypoint Studio and the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead integration architecture modernization and contribute to microservices design.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers on integration strategies.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
- Promote best practices in API design, testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on cloud-native deployments and technical work definition.
- Help train other team members in MuleSoft.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience focused on integration and backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Architect certification is required.
- Preferred qualifications include API governance and lifecycle management, monitoring tools, OAuth2, RBAC, mTLS, and Agile/Scrum experience.
