Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver reusable frameworks for secure and compliant services.
- Identify and create modular platform components to reduce duplication.
- Drive adoption of telemetry and request-correlation patterns for better service operation.
- Establish technical contracts as the source of truth for service development.
- Build platform tools that enhance developer experience.
- Make technical decisions balancing standardization and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers on patterns and rollout plans.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and shared implementation work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and scaling resilient software systems.
- Strong experience with Python and distributed systems.
- Experience building shared libraries and services for internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to make pragmatic engineering judgments.
