Responsibilities
- Support development of application software for test data analytics, cost modeling, production data flows, and dashboard tools.
- Write and maintain code primarily in C++ and/or JavaScript under established specifications and senior engineer guidance.
- Implement basic application features, user interface components, data visualization workflows, and functional modules.
- Assist with application testing, validation, user acceptance testing, debugging, and documenting issue resolutions.
- Support integration with data sources and MariaDB relational databases, data exchange interfaces, APIs, configuration management, and release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, API references, requirements traceability, and implementation notes.
- Develop knowledge of semiconductor test data, yield, production analytics, software engineering practices, and application design patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in application development, programming, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of software development principles, application development methodologies, programming concepts, and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development frameworks, with exposure to C++ and/or JavaScript preferred.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MariaDB and user interface development preferred.
- Understanding of software versioning and release management, with the ability to work alongside senior engineers in team-based development environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, technical communication, basic problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor test data, yield, or production analytics is a plus.
