Base Salary
$161k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead technical and design discussions with IT executives.
- Architect and build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Develop event-driven applications and utilize Amazon Connect.
- Leverage new technology paradigms such as serverless and microservices.
- Migrate monolithic applications to microservices architectures.
- Advise on implementing AWS best practices.
- Influence infrastructure architecture with application development expertise.
- Travel to client locations to deliver professional services.
Requirements
- BS level technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software development or application engineering experience.
- Recent coding experience in two or more modern programming languages.
- Hands-on development experience with the ability to write and review code.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
