Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant/Developer (Health Cloud/Health Exp mandatory)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of a Salesforce workstream within the healthcare or Health Cloud domain.
- Create application and technical design documents aligned with Salesforce best practices and the customer environment.
- Guide integration, environment management, testing, and platform standards.
- Troubleshoot critical implementation issues through complete resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
- Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of the Services Practice.
- Develop AI fluency and use AI tools and developer assistants such as Agentforce Vibes, Cursor, and Claude.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in Health Cloud or the healthcare domain.
- At least 6 years of experience as a lead developer performing solution design in a mid- to large-sized organization.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, independent-working, and self-starter capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Salesforce product certifications are highly beneficial before joining, with specified Salesforce certifications expected within the first 3 months.
