Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system compatibility, performance, and stability.
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records of application updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions in team discussions.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Ansible and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience automating deployment and configuration management in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and their integration with packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Experience with DevOps is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
