Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with key accounts.
- Drive strategic conversations with stakeholders to enhance Cloudflare's reputation.
- Engage with Product Management to represent customer needs.
- Create professional content such as white papers and demo labs.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events with thought leadership.
- Advise on best practices using in-depth vertical knowledge.
Requirements
- 14+ years of relevant experience in a technical role.
- Experience interacting with senior executives on network and security transformation.
- Fundamental understanding of customer network and application architectures.
- Detailed knowledge of hybrid architectures with Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Familiarity with Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, and DNS technologies.
- Ability to perform hands-on configuration when necessary.
