Responsibilities
- Advise customers on AI use cases and architectures and build solutions hands-on from prototypes through production.
- Design and implement Salesforce-based AI solutions involving agents, AI coworkers, APIs, MCP, external tools, and enterprise systems.
- Define how AI agents interact with Salesforce data, flows, and external systems while ensuring traceability, security, and measurable business value.
- Analyze complex requirements and take responsibility for delivery quality through production operation.
- Lead customer workshops and architecture reviews and act as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI transformation.
- Define functional and technical standards, track dependencies, build prototypes, and evaluate new features.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in Salesforce projects.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect, Agentforce Specialist, or Data360 Consultant.
- Project experience with generative AI, agentic AI, or conversational AI in the Salesforce environment, ideally in production.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data models, flows, APIs, integrations, MuleSoft, security, and authorization concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce Data 360 as a data and context foundation for AI solutions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and responsible AI practices such as governance, privacy, and the Einstein Trust Layer.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders, IT, and management.
- Very good German and English language skills.
