$165k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing for hardware-in-the-loop and hardware-out-of-the-loop software.
- Develop full-stack solutions for automated testing of vehicle subsystems using simulation and flight software.
- Own new features in a scalable, high-performance application used to control and test flight systems.
- Contribute to test automation and CI/CD infrastructure.
- Support proposal or critical project timelines by working extended hours and weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or an engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- At least 3 years of experience with automated testing of HITL or HOOTL software.
- At least 3 years of experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong software design, development, debugging, performance optimization, data throughput analysis, and unit-testing skills.
- Active Top Secret, Top Secret SCI, or DOE Level Q clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
- Ability to satisfy SpaceX ITAR authorization requirements or obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
- Preferred experience with production web applications, Lit, React, Redux, Bamboo, Ansible, Jenkins, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux or Unix systems, and Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle.
