Base Salary
$164k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pursuit leadership for agentic AI opportunities, from discovery and solution blueprinting through estimation, risk assessment, commercial constructs, and delivery planning.
- Translate business strategies into technical architectures using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilots, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure ML, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Create board-level narratives, facilitate C-suite workshops, and shape transformation agendas, operating models, value cases, governance, and executive sponsorship.
- Define reference architectures and patterns for agentic workflows, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, observability, identity, data governance, Responsible AI, and lifecycle governance.
- Guide teams building proofs of concept, pilots, accelerators, and scaled deployments using low-code and pro-code approaches.
- Create phased roadmaps, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and value tracking for post-sale outcomes.
- Coach and upskill multidisciplinary strategy, industry, data/AI, Modern Work, and Security teams.
- Coordinate Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft stakeholders for co-innovation, co-selling, co-delivery, programs, and co-funding.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of consulting or technology experience, including 5 or more years leading pre-sales solutioning or architecture for cloud, data, or AI programs.
- At least 10 years of experience crafting solution options, estimates, delivery models, risk mitigations, pricing, terms and conditions, and governance approaches.
- At least 3 years of hands-on architecture or supervision experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure ML, Prompt Flow or evaluations, and Microsoft Fabric.
- At least 10 years leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, industry, data/AI engineering, and change management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Practical knowledge of Responsible AI, identity, security, data governance, and enterprise AI deployment guardrails.
- Strong C-level communication, consulting, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred experience leading end-to-end agentic AI business process transformations and shipping Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry solutions in regulated industries.
- Experience with content safety, evaluations, monitoring, measurable business KPIs, industry point-of-view development, and Master Data Management solutions such as Profisee is preferred.
