Base Salary
$275k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead team-level technical strategy and execution across multi-quarter initiatives.
- Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
- Raise the technical bar and mentor engineers across the organization.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
- Protect user privacy and security through sound engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams with demonstrated impact on technical strategy.
- Generalist software engineering mindset with the ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
- Experience building complex systems using AI coding agents, particularly Claude Code.
- Ability to learn quickly and mentor others.
- Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
- Commitment to a high-performing, mission-driven, fast-paced team environment.
