Responsibilities
- Create demo concepts and AI-centric tools based on guidance, customer needs, and platform capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of demos that showcase Tulip’s product value.
- Set up and troubleshoot demo hardware and partner integrations for reliable demonstrations.
- Develop documentation, step-by-step walkthroughs, and supporting demo materials.
- Contribute to accessible and engaging video content about product capabilities.
- Coordinate assigned tasks across concurrent projects and keep deliverables on track.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Product Education, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain organized records of demo assets, versions, and documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered code development tools and familiarity with modern development practices.
- Comfort working with hardware, including assembling stations, connecting devices and sensors, and troubleshooting networking, IP/DHCP, and cabling issues.
- Ability to create technical demos or content that clearly communicates product value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, compelling storytelling.
- Interest in building on a no-code/low-code platform; prior Tulip experience is not required.
- Familiarity with or interest in manufacturing environments is a plus.
