Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed privacy architecture reviews to identify potential risks and recommend controls.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance to implement privacy-by-design in systems and applications.
- Guide the selection and deployment of privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).
- Monitor developments in global privacy regulations and advise stakeholders on compliance.
- Lead internal efforts to share best practices and increase awareness of privacy principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data privacy, security, or privacy engineering.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies and data anonymization practices.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
