Responsibilities

Write high-quality, performant Python/Java code for workflows that maintain Pinner trust.
Lead the product development process from ideation to implementation and release.
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to build end-to-end functionality.
Suggest new product ideas and features from a user perspective.
Employ automated testing to ensure high technical quality of features.
Work on varied and high-impact projects to grow as an engineer.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep understanding of API/workflow development in Python or Java.
3+ years of industry experience in API and backend development.
Proficiency in backend tech stacks for RESTful API, storage, caching, and data processing.
Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code.
Ability to stay updated with new technologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with GraphQL and large data processing is a plus.
