Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the full Americas technical delivery motion, personally driving bootcamps on major pursuits alongside Agent Builders.
- Grow GWP flowing through the platform, expand existing accounts, land new logos, and reduce the time required to launch new lines of business.
- Build and operate an agentic operating system that upskills delivery agents and improves team productivity.
- Move at least three field-built capabilities into the core product through a structured field-to-product feedback process.
- Increase ARR per head while accounting for contractor, partner, and offshore effort.
- Grow the Americas team, maintain attrition below 20%, and create development plans for every player-coach.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, including explaining harness architecture, toolchains, and quality validation.
- Experience growing from engineering into leadership while remaining hands-on with technical work.
- Experience creating internal tooling, harnesses, or workflows that measurably improve team productivity.
- Ability to make technically rigorous tradeoffs on complex problems and explain their costs and rationale.
- Experience in enterprise go-to-market environments with long sales cycles, multiple buying centers, and implementations measured in quarters.
- Experience managing leadership teams of player-coaches and developing technical talent under customer pressure.
