Responsibilities
- Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives.
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Design multi-agent workflows for document processing, decision automation, and other end-to-end automation use cases.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
- Define engineering standards through code reviews and provide technical mentoring.
- Ensure production readiness through monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments.
- 3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation.
- Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Functions, and Logic Apps, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or n8n.
- Ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver production solutions.
