Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across global locations, primarily for Source to Pay and ITSM.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop platform capabilities using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Build and improve user experiences with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform component integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support application, integration, and platform maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams on project delivery and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Source to Pay and ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, UI Builder, scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.
- Experience developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with component integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and scalable technical solution design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules is preferred.
- ITIL knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
