Responsibilities
- Manage and develop regulatory reporting systems and controls.
- Develop and integrate automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Assess regulatory reporting risks and regulatory developments and update systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and optimize existing regulatory reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain data validation and quality assurance processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for regulatory technology and respond to stakeholder queries.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Essential knowledge of Python and understanding of SQL and databases.
- Experience designing frameworks and tools from scratch.
- Knowledge of financial derivative products.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges.
- Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to improve technical implementations.
