Base Salary
$124k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build complete applications, workflow automations, and basic agents using AI coding agents.
- Translate customer needs into specifications and ship solutions from requirements through deployment.
- Instrument solutions to measure usage and outcomes, then iterate based on findings.
- Evaluate AI-generated output against security, privacy, reliability, and quality standards.
- Participate in customer conversations to identify acute problems and automation opportunities.
- Document effective prompts, approaches, and development patterns for the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AI coding agents for end-to-end application development.
- Ability to write effective prompts and iterate toward desired outcomes.
- Understanding of full-stack applications spanning frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, databases, queues, and common architectural patterns.
- Awareness of fundamental design principles, UI/UX patterns, and basic product development concepts.
- Ability to interpret usage metrics, conversion rates, and error rates.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset.
