Responsibilities

Design complex infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices while considering scalability, maintainability, and operational experience.
Establish and monitor Service Level Objectives, Service Level Indicators, and error budgets to improve reliability and performance.
Lead incident response efforts, conduct blameless post-mortems, and implement measures to reduce Mean Time to Recovery.
Troubleshoot medium- to high-complexity infrastructure issues using technical judgment and AI-powered tools.
Implement AIOps and AI-enhanced DevOps practices to improve operational intelligence and reliability.
Use GitHub Actions or similar tools for workflow automation and CI/CD.
Collaborate with development, operations, product, data engineering, and business teams to implement reliability standards.
Develop and maintain runbooks, documentation, knowledge bases, and reusable enterprise reliability solutions.
Manage AWS infrastructure, databases, and Kubernetes-based container orchestration and resilience patterns.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
Extensive experience with AWS, including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon RDS and database engines including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration, management, and resilience patterns.
Proven experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and leading incident response.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and translate business continuity needs into reliability requirements.
