Responsibilities
- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents while meeting SLAs.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance.
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment documentation.
- Optimize CPQ processes and improve system efficiency.
- Work with CPQ pricing rules, formulas, configuration models, approval workflows, BML scripts, and BMQL.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience with Oracle CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ areas including BML scripts, pricing rules and formulas, configuration models, and approval workflows.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BML, and BMQL.
- Knowledge of JSON and REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Oracle CPQ Cloud experience and related certifications are preferred.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments is preferred.
