Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies for client business problems and needs.
- Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Lead and support technology assessment efforts, including comparing alternatives, quantifying performance, and developing requirements.
- Conduct independent technical research and distill complex topics into concepts understandable by general audiences.
- Mentor and potentially supervise team members.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational strategies, business goals, and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering.
- 5+ years of programming experience, including Python.
- Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI.
- Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design.
- Ability to work independently and conduct self-directed research.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Preferred: experience leading technical development or research teams.
- Preferred: experience with generative and agentic AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- A Master’s degree in a STEM field is preferred, and a Doctorate in a STEM field is a plus.
