Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver quality backend solutions.
- Design and implement moderately complex backend features, APIs, and services using .NET Core.
- Own small modules or components and ensure they are maintainable, reliable, and testable.
- Participate in technical design discussions and recommend alternative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns through guidance and thoughtful reviews.
- Conduct code reviews for less experienced engineers.
- Support continuous improvement, quality control, safety, government compliance, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Ability to design, code, test, and debug independently.
- Preferred: familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
